A heavy load was hanging on end of coccyx. Rattling of mucus. Coughing and gasping. Coarse, loose, rattling cough. Chest seems full yet less and less is raised. Face pale, covered with cold sweat. In cessant quivering of chin and lower jaw. Thirst for cold water, little and often. Desires apples, fruits and acids. Suffocative shortness of breath. Great rattling of mucus, but very little is expectorated. Edema and impending paralysis of lungs. Alae nasi flapping. Pustular eruption. Great drowsiness. Nausea, retching and vomiting. Nausea comes in waves. Copious cold clammy sweat. Tongue coated, pasty and thick white.
