The common names of the Ranunculus Bulbosus are, St.
Anthony’s Turnip, Crowfoot, Frogs Foot, Butter Cup and Gold Cup. It
is found in Europe and has been naturalized in United States too. It was
proved and introduced by Franz in 1821. The mother tincture is
prepared from the whole plant and dilutions from it.
This remedy has special action upon muscular tissues and the
skin. The tincture is Ranancules Bulb cures shingles very expeditiously.
It is stated of service the outbreak of small pimples together with sharp
pains between the ribs. The tincture is also recommended to cure the
sciatica.
