The greatest value of the China Officinalis lies in its Quinine content. It is of service in intermittent fever, complains due to loss of vital fluids, anaemia, debility, diarrhoea and indigestion, headache and flatulence. It is also useful in rheumatic and neuralgia pains along with insomnia.
