The common names of the Lobelia Inflata are Indian Tobacco,
in England it is known as Red Indian Tobacco. It is found in United
States and Canada. It was introduced by Jeans. The mother tincture is
prepared from the whole plant excluding roots and dilution from it.
It is a well indicated remedy in nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia,
relaxation of muscles, asthma, gastric effections, suppressed discharges
and catarrhal jaundice.
