The common names of Mitchella Repens are Partridge Berry
and Checker Berry. This remedy was proved and introduced by
Duncan. It is found in North America, Canada, Mexico and Japan. The
mother tincture is prepared from the whole plant and dilution from it.
This remedy is indicated in Amenorrhoea, delayed
menstruation, dysmenorrhoea and menorrhages. It is also of service in
false labour pain and urinary difficulties.
