The common names of Oleander are Nerium Oleander, Rose
Laurel and Laurier Rose. It is found in European and Asian countries
and Africa as well. It was first proved and introduced by Hahnemann
himself. The mother tincture is prepared from fresh leaves and dilution
from it.
It is a very good skin remedy, especially for oozing eruptions
in eczema often appearing at the margins of the hair with violent
itching and bleeding. Also of service in hemiplegia and difficult
articulation.
