The common names of Usnea Barbata are bearded Usnea and
Tree-Moss. It is found in United states, United Kingdom and Asia.
Usnea was introduced by Anshutz. The mother tincture is prepared
from the entire lichen and dilutions from this.
This is useful in congestive headaches when there is a
sensation as though the temples would burst or the eye would protrude
from their sockets. It is indicated in sunstroke also.
