The common names of the Hydrocotyle are Indian Pennywort,
Centella Asiatica and Thankuni. It is found at moist places (along river
banks). Dr.Andouit introduced this medicine to Homoeopathic
literature after proving it in 1857. The mother tincture is prepared from
the dried plant and dilution from it.
