The common name of Juniperus is Redcedar. it is found in
North America. The mother tincture is prepared from fresh twigs and
dilution from it.
Juniperus Virginiana is indicated in hyperaemia of the kidney,
the urine is scanty or suppressed. It is also of service in pyelitis,
pyelonephritis and cystitis of the chronic form. It should be thought of
in the dropsy of the aged, especially when the urine is suppressed.
